Nevertheless, we cannot exclude God from living in our circumstances and coming into the affairs of our lives (by invitation) to make things better. That becomes the missing element of a transformed life that this book covers among other timely therapeutic topics! My inspiration for this book comes from the character Job and the repeated requests for my sermon of the same title to become a book. However, Watchman Nee’s book, “The Normal Christian Life” which I read early in my formative years as a Believer also inspired me. However, the normal Christian life looks abnormal to traditional religious mindsets. Consequently, the in-depth insight into the original languages of God-inspired Scripture in this book elicits a “hah” interjection from traditional Christians. So I don’t think that they are ready for the depth of God’s Word in this book (John 16:13-14) because they may see the stories in Scripture as unrealistic and fail to see the humanity of the significant characters. So, read it with a grain of salt . . . .
